Vaxneuvance\u00ae: PA:<\/strong> Vaccino pneumococcico polisaccaridico coniugato (15-valente). I:<\/strong> Adulti di et\u00e0 pari o superiore a 65 anni: indicato per l’immunizzazione\/prevenzione attiva di malattie invasive e polmoniti causate da Streptococcus pneumoniae. P:<\/strong> Adulti oltre i 65 anni: 1 dose (0,5 ml), iniezione intramuscolare. Per ulteriori indicazioni e i corrispondenti dosaggi per adulti e pazienti pediatrici, si prega di fare riferimento alle informazione professionale.<\/em><\/strong> CI:<\/strong> Ipersensibilit\u00e0 ai principi attivi\/eccipienti o ad altri vaccini contenenti tossoide difterico. AP:<\/strong> non somministrare per via intravascolare. Anafilassi, prendere precauzioni; in caso di malattie\/infezioni febbrili gravi acute, posticipare la data di vaccinazione; trombocitopenia e disturbi della coagulazione; rischio di apnea nei neonati prematuri, monitorare la respirazione; gli individui immunocompromessi possono avere risposte anticorpali ridotte; protegge solo contro i sierotipi di Streptococcus pneumoniae contenuti nel vaccino.
