Prudence en cas d\u2019ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents de convulsions f\u00e9briles, de l\u00e9sions c\u00e9r\u00e9brales ou d\u2019autres \u00e9tats pour lesquels une fi\u00e8vre repr\u00e9sentant une charge additionnelle doit \u00eatre \u00e9vit\u00e9e. Chez les enfants \u00e2g\u00e9s de 9 \u00e0 12 mois, le succ\u00e8s de la vaccination peut \u00eatre insuffisant. En cas d\u2019infection \u00e0 VIH: surveiller \u00e9troitement ROR. En cas d\u2019immunod\u00e9ficience cong\u00e9nitale ou acquise: consulter le m\u00e9decin avant la vaccination. En cas d\u2019immunod\u00e9ficience: Le contr\u00f4le s\u00e9rologique est indiqu\u00e9. Apr\u00e8s une transfusion sanguine ou l\u2019application d\u2019une pr\u00e9paration d\u2019immunoglobulines humaines, intervalle d\u2019au moins 3 mois jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la vaccination. Au cas o\u00f9 une thrombocytop\u00e9nie pr\u00e9existante s\u2019aggrave suite \u00e0 la vaccination, une revaccination n\u2019est pas recommand\u00e9e. La transmission du virus vaccinal rub\u00e9oleux aux nourrissons par le lait maternel est document\u00e9e, toutefois sans aucun signe d\u2019une affection. Prudence en cas d\u2019hypersensibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019albumine humaine recombinante (rHA). Contient du sorbitol, prendre en compte l\u2019effet additif des m\u00e9dicaments\/aliments contenant du sorbitol administr\u00e9s concomitamment; <strong>IA:<\/strong> Ne pas administrer d\u2019immunoglobuline (Ig) concomitamment. Apr\u00e8s la vaccination, la sensibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 la tuberculine et \u00e0 d\u2019autres antig\u00e8nes de rappel peut \u00eatre diminu\u00e9e ou absente pendant 4 semaines ou plus longtemps. Ne pas administrer concomitamment avec d\u2019autres vaccins vivants att\u00e9nu\u00e9s, intervalle d\u2019au moins 1 mois; <strong>G\/A:<\/strong> Ne pas administrer; emp\u00eacher une grossesse dans les 3 mois suivant la vaccination. Allaitement: Soupeser l\u2019administration soigneusement; <strong>EI:<\/strong> Tr\u00e8s fr\u00e9quent: fi\u00e8vre (\u226538.5\u00b0 C), \u00e9ryth\u00e8me au site d\u2019injection, douleur ou tum\u00e9faction au site d\u2019injection, sympt\u00f4mes pseudogrippaux, acc\u00e8s de sueur, frissons; <strong>P:<\/strong> 1 et 10 flacons contenant le poudre, 1 et 10 seringues pr\u00e9remplies de
