En cas d\u2019infection \u00e0 VIH asymptomatique [CDC classe 1] et un pourcentage de lymphocytes T CD4+ sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge de 25 %: 2 doses de 0.5 ml \u00e0 12 semaines d\u2019intervalle. <em>Adultes et adolescents \u00e2g\u00e9s d\u2019au moins 13 ans r\u00e9volus: <\/em>2 doses de 0.5 ml \u00e0 intervalle de 4 \u00e0 8 semaines. Administrer par voie intramusculaire ou sous-cutan\u00e9e; <strong>CI:<\/strong> Hypersensibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 un vaccin contre la varicelle ou \u00e0 un composant. Affections h\u00e9matologiques, leuc\u00e9mie, lymphomes ou autres affections malignes du sang et du syst\u00e8me lymphatique; th\u00e9rapie immunod\u00e9pressive; immunod\u00e9ficience immunitaire humorale ou cellulaire; tuberculose active non trait\u00e9e; affections f\u00e9briles de &gt;38.5\u00b0 C; grossesse; <strong>Pr:<\/strong> Rarement des r\u00e9actions anaphylactiques. Possibilit\u00e9 de syncopes. Ne pas prendre de pr\u00e9parations contenant de l\u2019acide salicylique pendant les 6 semaines suivant la vaccination. Pendant les 6 semaines suivant la vaccination, \u00e9viter tout contact avec des personnes r\u00e9ceptives \u00e0 haut risque. L&#8217;efficacit\u00e9 clinique de la vaccination \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e2ge de moins de 12 mois n&#8217;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9e. Cas d\u2019enc\u00e9phalite signal\u00e9s; <strong>IA:<\/strong> Administrer les autres vaccins ou m\u00e9dicaments injectables dans une seringue s\u00e9par\u00e9e \u00e0 des sites corporels diff\u00e9rents. Si le vaccin n\u2019est pas administr\u00e9 concomitamment avec le vaccin vivant rougeole-oreillons-rub\u00e9ole: intervalle de 1 mois entre les vaccinations. Apr\u00e8s une transfusion de sang ou de plasma ou apr\u00e8s l\u2019administration d\u2019immunoglobuline humaine ou d\u2019immunoglobuline varicelle-zona (IgVZ): intervalle d\u2019au moins 5 mois. \u00c9viter l\u2019administration de produits sanguins contenant des anticorps contre le virus varicelle-zona 1 mois apr\u00e8s la vaccination. <strong>G\/A:<\/strong> Ne pas administrer; emp\u00eacher une grossesse pendant 3 mois apr\u00e8s la vaccination; <em>Allaitement: <\/em>pas recommand\u00e9; <strong>EI:<\/strong> <em>Personnes en bonne sant\u00e9 \u00e2g\u00e9es de 12 mois
