En cas d\u2019administration ant\u00e9rieure d\u2019un vaccin ROR et d\u2019un vaccin contre la varicelle: administrer comme 2e dose \u00e0 partir de 12 mois. <em>9 \u00e0 12 mois (dans des circonstances particuli\u00e8res):<\/em> 1x une dose; 2e dose: \u00e0 au moins 3 mois d&#8217;intervalle. Administrer par voie intramusculaire ou sous-cutan\u00e9e; <strong>CI:<\/strong> Hypersensibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 un vaccin ROR-varicelle ou \u00e0 un composant; modifications pathologiques de la formule sanguine, leuc\u00e9mie, lymphomes de tout type ou toute autre tumeur maligne touchant le syst\u00e8me h\u00e9matopo\u00ef\u00e9tique ou lymphatique; traitement par immunosuppresseurs; immunod\u00e9ficience humorale ou cellulaire; ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents familiaux de faiblesse immunitaire; tuberculose active non trait\u00e9e; grossesse. En cas de fi\u00e8vre &gt;38.5\u00b0 C: diff\u00e9rer; <strong>Pr:<\/strong> Fr\u00e9quence accrue de la fi\u00e8vre et des convulsions f\u00e9briles dans les 5 \u00e0 12 jours suivant la vaccination chez les enfants de 12 \u00e0 23 mois n\u2019ayant pas \u00e9t\u00e9 vaccin\u00e9s auparavant contre ROR ou la varicelle; lors de la premi\u00e8re vaccination, application s\u00e9par\u00e9e d\u2019un vaccin ROR et d\u2019un vaccin monovalent contre la varicelle dans diff\u00e9rents endroits du corps. En cas d\u2019hypersensibilit\u00e9 aux \u0153ufs de poule: risque accru de r\u00e9actions d\u2019hypersensibilit\u00e9. Prudence chez les personnes pr\u00e9sentant des ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents personnels ou familiaux de convulsions ou de l\u00e9sions c\u00e9r\u00e9brales. Chez les enfants \u00e2g\u00e9s de 9 \u00e0 12 mois, le succ\u00e8s de la vaccination peut \u00eatre insuffisant. Ne pas prendre de pr\u00e9parations contenant de l\u2019acide salicylique pendant les 6 semaines suivant la vaccination. Les sujets vaccin\u00e9s doivent \u00e9viter, dans la mesure du possible, tout contact \u00e9troit avec des sujets \u00e0 haut risque r\u00e9ceptifs \u00e0 la varicelle, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 6 semaines apr\u00e8s la vaccination. Cas d\u2019enc\u00e9phalite signal\u00e9s. Ce m\u00e9dicament contient 16 mg de sorbitol par dose. <strong>IA:<\/strong> Intervalle d\u2019au moins 1 mois entre l\u2019administration d\u2019un vaccin \u00e0 virus vivant et PROQUAD\u00ae; ne pas administrer concomitamment des immunoglobulines (Ig) ou des immunoglobulines anti-varicelle-zona (Ig anti-VZV). Vaccination au moins 3 mois apr\u00e8s une transfusion sanguine ou plasmatique ou l\u2019administration d\u2019immunoglobulines (Ig). Administration de produits sanguins contenant des anticorps contre le virus varicelle-zona ou d\u2019autres produits \u00e0 base d\u2019immunoglobulines: au moins 1 mois apr\u00e8s la vaccination. La sensibilit\u00e9 cutan\u00e9e \u00e0 la tuberculine peut \u00eatre temporairement diminu\u00e9e. Administration concomitante \u00e0 des sites d\u2019injection diff\u00e9rents avec PREVENAR\u00ae et\/ou un vaccin contre l\u2019h\u00e9patite A possible; <strong>G\/A:<\/strong> Grossesse : Ne pas administrer; emp\u00eacher une grossesse pendant les 3 mois suivant la vaccination. Il convient d&#8217;\u00e9valuer avec soin si PROQUAD\u00ae doit \u00eatre administr\u00e9 \u00e0 des femmes qui allaitent. <strong>EI:<\/strong> <em>Tr\u00e8s fr\u00e9quent: <\/em>fi\u00e8vre \u2265 38.9\u00b0 C, \u00e9ryth\u00e8me ou douleur\/sensibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 la pression au site d\u2019injection; <strong>P:<\/strong> 1 et 10 flacons-ampoules de poudre; 1 et 10 seringues pr\u00e9remplies
