Per ulteriori informazioni consultare l&#8217;informazione professionale di WELIREG\u00ae su <a href=\"https:\/\/swissmedicinfo-pro.ch\/showText.aspx?textType=FI&amp;lang=IT&amp;authNr=68531&amp;supportMultipleResults=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">www.swissmedicinfo-pro.ch<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-border-color has-has-red-border-color-border-color   mhh-mcn-v1-paragraph mhh-mcn-v1-paragraph--5dfb553f0bae081873578f120215d8dd\"><strong>WELIREG\u00ae:<\/strong> <strong>PA: <\/strong>Belzutifan;<strong> I:<\/strong> In monoterapia per il trattamento di pazienti adulti con carcinoma renale a cellule chiare (RCC) avanzato non resecabile che \u00e8 progredito dopo due o pi\u00f9 linee di terapia, compresi un inibitore di PD-(L)1 e un inibitore della tirosin-chinasi VEGF; <strong>P<\/strong>: 120 mg (tre compresse da 40 mg), per via orale, una volta al giorno, fino alla progressione della malattia o alla comparsa di una tossicit\u00e0 inaccettabile, aggiustare la dose in caso di effetti indesiderati, aggiustare la dose in caso di disturbo grave della funzionalit\u00e0 renale. <strong>Per ulteriori indicazioni e i corrispondenti dosaggi per adulti, si prega di fare riferimento alle informazione professionale<\/strong>. <strong>CI<\/strong>: Ipersensibilit\u00e0 al principio attivo\/sostanze ausiliarie; <strong>AP<\/strong>: Anemia da deficit di eritropoietina: monitorare regolarmente e, se si verifica anemia, aggiustare la dose. Ipossia: pu\u00f2 causare ipossia grave, monitorare la saturazione dell\u2019ossigeno, si raccomanda di smettere di fumare, ridurre la dose o interrompere. Tossicit\u00e0 embriofetale: pu\u00f2 causare danni fetali o perdita del feto, utilizzare contraccettivo non ormonale altamente efficace. Pu\u00f2 compromettere la fertilit\u00e0; <strong>IA<\/strong>: La somministrazione concomitante con substrati del CYP3A4 (compresi i contraccettivi ormonali) pu\u00f2 ridurre l&#8217;efficacia di questi substrati.
