Il remarque \u00e9galement que ses yeux ont r\u00e9cemment chang\u00e9. Cela l&rsquo;inqui\u00e8te tellement qu&rsquo;il a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de venir imm\u00e9diatement. L&rsquo;examen approfondi r\u00e9v\u00e8le un miosis du c\u00f4t\u00e9 gauche, une ptose et un enophtalmus, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire un syndrome de Horner. De plus, un gonflement palpable au niveau de la r\u00e9gion suprasternale gauche est pr\u00e9sent. Il ne se plaint pas de naus\u00e9es ou de maux de t\u00eate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-positive-1-font-size has-border-color has-has-red-border-color-border-color   mhh-mcn-v1-paragraph mhh-mcn-v1-paragraph--07293d63f7e1934087f60c46cd31fb54\">La tomodensitom\u00e9trie (TDM) du thorax r\u00e9v\u00e8le une masse dans le lobe sup\u00e9rieur gauche avec atteinte de la pl\u00e8vre costale.
