Lyfnua\u00ae: C: <\/strong>gefapixant. I:<\/strong> Adultes: indiqu\u00e9 pour le traitement de la toux chronique r\u00e9fractaire ou de la toux chronique inexpliqu\u00e9e. Po:<\/strong> Adultes: 45 mg bid avec ou sans nourriture; Chez les patients insuffisants r\u00e9naux ne n\u00e9cessitant pas de dialyse (DFGe < 30 ml\/minute\/1,73 m2) 45 mg une fois par jour avec ou sans nourriture. CI: <\/strong>R\u00e9action d’hypersensibilit\u00e9 s\u00e9v\u00e8re aux composants. Pr:<\/strong> Hypersensibilit\u00e9 aux sulfamides; Apn\u00e9e obstructive du sommeil.
