{"id":100040,"date":"2025-04-28T13:14:35","date_gmt":"2025-04-28T13:14:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mymsd.ch\/fr\/?page_id=100040"},"modified":"2026-02-04T09:32:06","modified_gmt":"2026-02-04T09:32:06","slug":"delstrigo","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.mymsd.ch\/fr\/succinctstatement\/delstrigo\/","title":{"rendered":"Information professionnelle abr\u00e9g\u00e9e de DELSTRIGO\u00ae"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading  has-border-color has-has-red-border-color-border-color has-teal-500-color has-text-color mhh-mcn-v1-heading--left mhh-mcn-v1-heading mhh-mcn-v1-heading--f3691670694d97de44f61cafb36970b5\">Information professionnelle abr\u00e9g\u00e9e de DELSTRIGO\u00ae (doravirine, lamivudine, t\u00e9nofovir disoproxil)<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-border-color has-has-red-border-color-border-color   mhh-mcn-v1-paragraph mhh-mcn-v1-paragraph--500d70c4a6f1891883ebfbc8662de32c\"><strong>DELSTRIGO<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>:<\/strong> <strong>PA: <\/strong>Doravirine, lamivudine, t\u00e9nofovir disoproxil (sous forme de fumarate de t\u00e9nofovir disoproxil). <strong>I:<\/strong> Pour le traitement de l\u2019infection par le virus de l\u2019immunod\u00e9ficience humaine de type 1 (VIH-1) chez des adultes na\u00effs de traitement ou pour le remplacement du traitement antir\u00e9troviral actuel chez des patients chez lesquels on n\u2019a d\u00e9tect\u00e9 aucune des mutations du VIH-1 associ\u00e9es \u00e0 une r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la doravirine, la lamivudine, au t\u00e9nofovir, et qui n\u2019ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 aucun \u00e9chec th\u00e9rapeutique virologique par le pass\u00e9, et qui sont virologiquement contr\u00f4l\u00e9s (taux d\u2019ARN du VIH-1 &lt;50 copies\/ml) depuis au moins 6 mois par un traitement antir\u00e9troviral stable. <strong>Po: <\/strong>1 comprim\u00e9 1x par jour. <strong><em>Pour d&rsquo;autres indications et les dosages correspondants pour les adultes et les patients p\u00e9diatriques, veuillez vous r\u00e9f\u00e9rer \u00e0 l&rsquo;information professionnelle. <\/em>CI: <\/strong>Hypersensibilit\u00e9 aux principes actifs \/ excipients. Association avec des m\u00e9dicaments qui sont de puissants inducteurs de l\u2019enzyme CYP3A tels que enzalutamide, carbamaz\u00e9pine, oxcarbaz\u00e9pine, ph\u00e9nobarbital, ph\u00e9nyto\u00efne, rifampicine, rifapentine, mitotane, lumacaftor, millepertuis.<strong> Pr:<\/strong> Le risque de transmission sexuelle du VIH ne peut \u00eatre exclu si le TAR prescrit n\u2019est pas pris r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement et\/ou si la suppression virologique n\u2019est pas atteinte et maintenue. Des r\u00e9actions cutan\u00e9es s\u00e9v\u00e8res (dont le syndrome de Stevens-Johnson\/la n\u00e9crolyse \u00e9pidermique toxique) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 rapport\u00e9es. D\u00e9pister les patients infect\u00e9s par le VIH-1 par rapport au VHB avant le d\u00e9but du traitement; surveiller les patients atteints du VIH et pr\u00e9sentant une co-infection par le VHB \/ VHC \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019effets ind\u00e9sirables h\u00e9patiques avant le traitement et plusieurs mois apr\u00e8s la fin du traitement. Prudence chez les patients atteints de maladies h\u00e9patiques s\u00e9v\u00e8res ou pr\u00e9sentant un risque de troubles de la fonction r\u00e9nale (y compris les patients pr\u00e9sentant des EI sous ad\u00e9fovir dipivoxil). \u00c9viter l\u2019administration lors de l\u2019utilisation concomitante ou r\u00e9cente d\u2019un principe actif n\u00e9phrotoxique (p. ex. AINS \u00e0 doses fortes ou multiples). Surveiller r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement la fonction r\u00e9nale avant et pendant le traitement chez tous les patients. Non recommand\u00e9 chez les patients dont la clairance de la cr\u00e9atinine estim\u00e9e est &lt; 50 ml\/min. Prudence en cas d\u2019association avec le trim\u00e9thoprime chez les patients atteints d\u2019insuffisance r\u00e9nale. Un syndrome de restauration immunitaire (y compris des maladies auto-immunes) peut survenir chez les patients trait\u00e9s par une association d\u2019antir\u00e9troviraux. Contient du lactose. Ne pas administrer concomitamment avec d\u2019autres m\u00e9dicaments contenant du t\u00e9nofovir alaf\u00e9namide, de l\u2019ad\u00e9fovir dipivoxil ou les m\u00eames principes actifs que DELSTRIGO<strong><sup>\u00ae<\/sup><\/strong>. Continuer \u00e0 surveiller les patients \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019infections opportunistes et autres complications d\u2019une infection par le VIH. Prudence chez les patients adultes pr\u00e9sentant des ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents connus de fractures pathologiques ou d\u2019autres facteurs de risque d\u2019ost\u00e9oporose ou de perte osseuse. Si des anomalies osseuses sont suspect\u00e9es ou confirm\u00e9es chez des patients p\u00e9diatriques, consulter un endocrinologue et\/ou un n\u00e9phrologue. En raison du risque d\u2019ost\u00e9on\u00e9crose, instruire les patients de consulter le m\u00e9decin en cas de troubles et douleurs articulaires, de raideur articulaire ou de difficult\u00e9s motrices. Arr\u00eater le traitement en cas de survenue de signes d\u2019une pancr\u00e9atite. Prudence chez les patients \u00e2g\u00e9s de&nbsp;\u2265&nbsp;65 ans. <strong>IA<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong> M\u00e9dicaments alt\u00e9rant la fonction r\u00e9nale. Inducteurs et inhibiteurs de l\u2019enzyme CYP3A. Si la co-administration d\u2019inducteurs mod\u00e9r\u00e9s du CYP3A est in\u00e9vitable, augmenter la dose. Prudence lors de la co-administration de la doravirine avec des m\u00e9dicaments qui sont des substrats sensibles du CYP3A pr\u00e9sentant une marge th\u00e9rapeutique \u00e9troite.
