F\u00fcr weitere Informationen, siehe Fachinformation (Enflonsia\u00ae) auf <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swissmedicinfo-pro.ch\/ShowText.aspx?textType=FI&amp;lang=DE&amp;authNr=70145\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">www.swissmedicinfo-pro.ch<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en-US\" class=\"has-border-color has-has-red-border-color-border-color   mhh-mcn-v1-paragraph mhh-mcn-v1-paragraph--3a29749a04e00dd5b357aa145eb72ff9\"><strong>Enflonsia <strong><sup>\u00ae<\/sup><\/strong>:<\/strong> <strong>W:<\/strong> Clesrovimab. <strong>I:<\/strong> Zur Prophylaxe von Erkrankungen der unteren Atemwege, die durch das Respiratorische Synzytial-Virus (RSV) verursacht werden, bei Neugeborenen und S\u00e4uglingen, die vor oder w\u00e4hrend ihrer ersten RSV-Saison geboren werden. <strong>D:<\/strong> 105 mg als Injektion von 0,7 ml intramuskul\u00e4r in den anterolateralen Bereich des Oberschenkels; w\u00e4hrend RSV-Saison geboren: ab Geburt; ausserhalb RSV-Saison geboren: vor Beginn erster RSV-Saison; bei Herzoperation mit kardiopulmonalem Bypass: zus\u00e4tzliche Dosis empfohlen. <strong>KI:<\/strong> \u00dcberempfindlichkeitsreaktionen, einschl. Anaphylaxie, gegen\u00fcber jeglichem Bestandteil von Enflonsia. <strong>WH:<\/strong> \u00dcberempfindlichkeit einschl. Anaphylaxie: angemessene Medikation und\/oder unterst\u00fctzende Therapie einleiten; Anwendung bei Personen mit klinisch relevanten Blutgerinnungsst\u00f6rungen: Vorsicht bei Thrombozytopenie oder anderer Gerinnungsst\u00f6rung\/Antikoagulationstherapie; Schutzwirkung: kann nicht jeden, der diesen monoklonalen Antik\u00f6rper erh\u00e4lt, vor einer durch das RSV verursachten Erkrankung der unteren Atemwege sch\u00fctzen. <strong>DDI:<\/strong> Durch Katabolismus eliminiert, keine metabolischen DDI erwartet; kann mit einigen immunologisch basierten RSV-Diagnosetests interferieren, Reverse-Transkriptase-Polymerase-Kettenreaktions-(RT-PCR)-Tests wird empfohlen; Enflonsia kann gleichzeitig mit Impfstoffen f\u00fcr Kinder verabreicht werden, in diesem Fall sollte die Injektion mit einer separaten Spritze und an einer anderen Injektionsstelle erfolgen. <strong>S\/S:<\/strong> Nicht zutreffend. <strong>UAW (h\u00e4ufig):<\/strong> Ausschlag, Erythem an der Injektionsstelle, Schwellung an der Injektionsstelle. <strong>P:<\/strong> Packungen mit 1 Fertigspritze und 2 separaten Nadeln oder 10 Fertigspritzen ohne Nadeln. <strong>AK:<\/strong> A. <strong>Z:<\/strong> MSD Merck Sharp &amp; Dohme AG, Werftestrasse 4, 6005 Luzern, Schweiz.
