{"id":121485,"date":"2025-04-28T13:12:54","date_gmt":"2025-04-28T13:12:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mymsd.ch\/de\/?page_id=121485"},"modified":"2026-02-04T09:41:26","modified_gmt":"2026-02-04T09:41:26","slug":"pifeltro","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.mymsd.ch\/de\/succinctstatement\/pifeltro\/","title":{"rendered":"KFI PIFELTRO\u00ae"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading has-border-color has-has-red-border-color-border-color has-teal-500-color has-text-color  mhh-mcn-v1-heading mhh-mcn-v1-heading--fa2da8aed397fcfaa4b94f47dfdf5eca\">Kurzfachinformation PIFELTRO<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> (Doravirin)<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-border-color has-has-red-border-color-border-color   mhh-mcn-v1-paragraph mhh-mcn-v1-paragraph--808e7055b79c0f11bf159e04ec98e1d2\"><strong>PIFELTRO<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>:<\/strong> <strong>W: <\/strong>Doravirin. <strong>I:<\/strong> In Kombination mit anderen antiretroviralen Arzneimitteln zur Behandlung einer Infektion mit dem humanen Immundefizienzvirus Typ 1 (HIV 1) bei Erwachsenen, die therapienaiv sind, oder zum Ersatz der aktuellen antiretroviralen Therapie bei Patienten bei denen keine HIV-1-Mutationen gefunden wurden, die mit einer Resistenz gegen Doravirin assoziiert sind und die kein virologisches Therapieversagen in der Vergangenheit hatten und die seit mind. 6 Monaten mit einer stabilen antiretroviralen Therapie virologisch supprimiert sind (HIV-1-RNA &lt;50 Kopien\/ml). <strong>D: <\/strong>1x 100-mg-Tablette t\u00e4glich in Kombination mit anderen antiretroviralen Arzneimitteln. <strong><em>Weitere Indikationen und die dazugeh\u00f6rigen Dosierungen f\u00fcr Erwachsene und p\u00e4diatrische Patienten entnehmen Sie bitte der Fachinformation.<\/em><\/strong> <strong>KI: <\/strong>\u00dcberempfindlichkeit gegen\u00fcber Wirk-\/Hilfsstoffe. Kombination mit Arzneimitteln, welche starke Induktoren f\u00fcr CYP3A-Enzyme sind wie Enzalutamid, Carbamazepin, Oxcarbazepin, Phenobarbital, Phenytoin, Rifampicin, Rifapentin, Mitotan, Lumacaftor, Johanniskraut. <strong>WH:<\/strong> Risiko einer sexuellen \u00dcbertragung von HIV kann nicht ausgeschlossen werden, wenn die verordnete ART nicht regelm\u00e4ssig eingenommen wird und\/oder die virale Suppression nicht erreicht und aufrechterhalten wird. Schwerwiegende Hautreaktionen (einschl. Steven-Johnson-Syndrom\/toxische epidermale Nekrolyse) berichtet. Bei Patienten unter antiretroviraler Kombinationstherapie kann ein Immun-Reaktivierungs-Syndrom (einschl. Autoimmunerkrankungen) auftreten. Enth\u00e4lt Laktose. Patienten mit HIV-1 vor Therapiebeginn auf HBV testen; Patienten mit HIV und HBV- \/ HCV-Koinfektion hinsichtlich hepatischer unerw\u00fcnschter Wirkungen \u00fcberwachen. Patienten weiterhin hinsichtlich opportunistischer Infektionen und sonstigen Komplikationen einer HIV-Infektion \u00fcberwachen. Aufgrund Osteonekrose Risiko, Patienten darauf hinweisen, bei Gelenkbeschwerden und -schmerzen, Gelenksteife oder Schwierigkeiten bei Bewegungen den Arzt aufzusuchen. <strong>DDI:<\/strong> Induktoren &amp; Inhibitoren f\u00fcr CYP3A-Enzyme. Falls gleichzeitige Abgabe mit moderaten CYP3A-Induktoren nicht vermeidbar ist, Dosis erh\u00f6hen.
