Dosis empfohlen: 15\u221224 Monaten (Abstand von mind. 1 Monat). <em>9\u221212 Monaten<\/em>: 1x eine Dosis; 2. Dosis: 12\u221215 Monaten; <strong>KI:<\/strong> \u00dcberempfindlichkeit gegen einen Impfstoff; Schwangerschaft; aktive, unbehandelte Tuberkulose; pathologische Blutbildver\u00e4nderungen, Leuk\u00e4mie, Lymphome oder andere Malignome; humorale oder zellul\u00e4re Immundefizienz; immunsupressive Behandlung; bei famili\u00e4rer Anamnese von Immunmangel Immunkompetenz nachweisen; akute behandlungsbed\u00fcrftige Erkrankungen; <strong>WH:<\/strong> Bei erh\u00f6htem Risiko f\u00fcr anaphylaktische Reaktionen. Sorgf\u00e4ltige Nutzen-Risiko-Abw\u00e4gung bei \u00dcberempfindlichkeit gegen H\u00fchnereier. Vorsicht bei Anamnese von Fieberkr\u00e4mpfen, zerebralen Sch\u00e4den oder anderen Zust\u00e4nden, bei denen eine zus\u00e4tzliche Belastung durch Fieber vermieden werden sollte. Bei Kindern im Alter von 9\u201312 Monaten kann der Impferfolg unzureichend sein. Bei HIV-Infektion: MMR streng \u00fcberwachen. Bei angeborenem oder erworbenem Immundefekt: vor der Impfung Arzt konsultieren. Bei Immundefizienz: die serologische Kontrolle ist angezeigt. Nach Bluttransfusion oder Applikation eines menschlichen Immunglobulin-Pr\u00e4parates Abstand von mind. 3 Monaten bis zur Impfung. Falls eine bestehende Thrombozytopenie sich durch die Impfung verschlechtert, ist eine erneute Impfung nicht empfohlen. Die \u00dcbertragung des R\u00f6teln-Impfvirus auf S\u00e4uglinge \u00fcber die Muttermilch ist dokumentiert, allerdings ohne Anzeichen einer Erkrankung. Vorsicht bei \u00dcberempfindlichkeit gegen rekombinantes Humanalbumin (rHA). Enth\u00e4lt Sorbitol, additive Wirkung gleichzeitig angewendeter Sorbitol-haltiger Arzneimittel\/Nahrungsmittel ber\u00fccksichtigen; <strong>DDI:<\/strong> Immunglobulin (Ig) nicht gleichzeitig verabreichen. Nach der Impfung kann die Empfindlichkeit gegen Tuberkulin und anderen Recall-Antigenen f\u00fcr 4 Wochen oder l\u00e4nger herabgesetzt sein oder fehlen. Nicht gleichzeitig mit anderen attenuierten Lebendimpfstoffen verabreichen, Abstand von mind. 1 Monat; <strong>S\/S:<\/strong> Nicht verabreichen; Schwangerschaft nach der Impfung f\u00fcr 3 Monate verhindern. <em>Stillzeit<\/em>: Verabreichung sorgf\u00e4ltig abw\u00e4gen; <strong>UAW:<\/strong> <em>Sehr h\u00e4ufig<\/em>: Fieber (\u226538,5 \u00b0C), Erythem an der Injektionsstelle, Schmerz oder Schwellung an der Injektionsstelle, grippe\u00e4hnliche Symptome, Schweissausbr\u00fcche, Sch\u00fcttelfrost; <strong>P:<\/strong> 1 und 10 Durchstechflaschen mit Pulver,1 und 10 Fertigspritzen
