Dosis von 0,5 ml im Abstand von mindestens 3 Monaten. <em>Kinder von 12 Monaten bis 12 Jahren: <\/em>2 Dosen von 0,5 ml im Abstand von 1 Monat. Bei asymptomatischer HIV-Infektion [CDC Klasse 1] und einem altersspezifischen CD4+-T-Lymphozyten-Prozentanteil von 25 %: 2 Dosen von 0,5 ml im Abstand von 12 Wochen. <em>Erwachsene und Jugendliche ab dem vollendeten 13. Lebensjahr: <\/em>2 Dosen von 0,5 ml im Abstand von 4\u20138 Wochen. Intramuskul\u00e4r oder subkutan verabreichen; <strong>KI: <\/strong>\u00dcberempfindlichkeit gegen einen Varizellen-Impfstoff oder einen Bestandteil. H\u00e4matologische Erkrankungen, Leuk\u00e4mie, Lymphome oder andere maligne Erkrankungen des Blut- und Lymphsystems; immunsuppressive Therapie; humorale oder zellul\u00e4re Immundefizienz; aktive, nicht behandelte Tuberkulose; Erkrankungen mit Fieber &gt;38,5 \u00b0C; Schwangerschaft; <strong>WH:<\/strong> Selten anaphylaktische Reaktion. Synkopen m\u00f6glich. Bis zu 6 Wochen nach der Impfung keine salicyls\u00e4urehaltigen Pr\u00e4parate einnehmen. Bis zu 6 Wochen nach der Impfung enge Kontakte mit empf\u00e4nglichen Hochrisiko-Personen vermeiden. Klinische Wirksamkeit bei Impfungen im Alter von weniger als 12 Monaten nicht untersucht. F\u00e4lle von Enzephalitis berichtet; <strong>DDI:<\/strong> Andere als Injektion verabreichte Impfstoffe oder Arzneimittel in separater Spritze und an unterschiedlichen K\u00f6rperstellen verabreichen. Bei nicht gleichzeitiger Verabreichung mit Masern-Mumps-R\u00f6teln-Lebendimpfstoff: Abstand von 1 Monat zwischen den Impfungen. Nach Blut- oder Plasmatransfusionen oder nach Verabreichung von Immunglobulin vom Menschen bzw. Varicella-Zoster-Immunglobulin (VZIG): Abstand von mind. 5 Monate. Die Verabreichung von Blutprodukten mit Varicella-Zoster-Virus-Antik\u00f6rpern w\u00e4hrend 1 Monats nach der Impfung vermeiden; <strong>S\/S:<\/strong> Nicht verabreichen; Schwangerschaft nach der Impfung f\u00fcr 3 Monate verhindern; <em>Stillen: <\/em>nicht empfohlen; <strong>UAW:<\/strong> <em>Gesunde Personen im Alter von 12 Monaten bis 12 Jahre (1 Impfdosis):<\/em> <em>Sehr h\u00e4ufig:<\/em> Fieber;<em> Gesunde Personen ab 13 Jahren (Mehrzahl erhielt 2 Dosen im Abstand von 4 bis 8 Wochen):<\/em> <em>Sehr h\u00e4ufig: <\/em>Fieber \u2265 37,7 \u00b0C, Erythem an der Injektionsstelle, Schmerzhaftigkeit und Schwellung; <strong>P:<\/strong> 1 Durchstechflasche mit Pulver, 1 Fertigspritze mit L\u00f6sungsmittel; <strong>AK:<\/strong> B; <strong>Z: <\/strong>MSD Merck
