Verschiedene kostend\u00e4mpfende Massnahmen wurden bereits initiiert und werden aktuell umgesetzt. Alle Akteure sind bem\u00fcht, die Kosten unter Kontrolle zu halten und ihren Beitrag dazu zu leisten. <strong>Per 1. Die medizinischen Gr\u00fcnde m\u00fcssen nachweisbar und dokumentiert sein.<sup>1<\/sup>    <\/li>\n\n\n<li class=\"mhh-mcn-list-item mhh-mcn-v2-list-item\">\n    Neben dem <strong>Arzt\/der \u00c4rztin<\/strong> kann auch der <strong>Apotheker\/die Apothekerin<\/strong> in Abstimmung <strong>mit dem Patienten\/der Patientin<\/strong> ab dem 1. Januar 2024 entscheiden, ob <strong>bei Biologika anstatt des Referenzprodukts ein Biosimilar<\/strong> abgegeben wird.<sup>1<\/sup> Kommt dies zur Anwendung, muss der Apotheker\/die Apothekerin den Arzt\/die \u00c4rztin dar\u00fcber informieren.<sup>1<\/sup>    <\/li>\n\n\n<li class=\"mhh-mcn-list-item mhh-mcn-v2-list-item\">\n    F\u00fcr die Abgabe des Medikaments und die Beurteilung des Gesundheitszustandes durch den Apotheker\/die Apothekerin\u00a0<strong>muss<\/strong>\u00a0der Patient\/die Patientin grunds\u00e4tzlich anwesend sein.    <\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/div>\n\n class=\"mhh-mcn-list-item mhh-mcn-v2-list-item\">\n    Medikamente, bei denen in der Spalte SB40 <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">kein<\/span> X steht, haben einen <strong>Selbstbehalt von 10 %<\/strong>.<sup><strong>4<\/strong><\/sup>    <\/li>\n\n\n<li class=\"mhh-mcn-list-item mhh-mcn-v2-list-item\">\n    Medikamente, bei denen in\u00a0der Spalte SB40\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><u>ein<\/u><\/span>\u00a0X steht, haben einen <strong>Selbstbehalt von 40 %<\/strong>.<sup><strong>4<\/strong><\/sup>    <\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-border-color has-has-red-border-color-border-color  mhh-mcn-v1-heading mhh-mcn-v1-heading--e97c1e7c8dcc04c353d1b26e17d2f258\"><strong>J\u00e4hrliche Kostenbeteiligung Ihrer Patient:innen:<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"mhh-mcn-v2-clist mhh-mcn-v2-clist--e562c712b9ca70c74cc668d26e43a5b8 mhh-mcn-list mhh-mcn-v2-clist--unordered mhh-mcn-v2-clist--unordered-dot\" dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en-US\" start=\"1\">\n    \n<li class=\"mhh-mcn-list-item mhh-mcn-v2-list-item\">\n    wenn ein Patient\/eine Patientin Medikamente mit einem <strong>Selbstbehalt von 10 % bekommt,<\/strong> betr\u00e4gt die maximale Kostenbeteiligung <strong>700 CHF<\/strong> <strong>pro Jahr<\/strong>.<sup>5,6<\/sup>    <\/li>\n\n\n<li class=\"mhh-mcn-list-item mhh-mcn-v2-list-item\">\n    bekommt der Patient\/die Patientin Medikamente mit einem\u00a0<strong>Selbstbehalt von 40 %<\/strong>, kann es sein, dass seine\/ihre j\u00e4hrliche Kostenbeteiligung\u00a0<strong>neu bis zu 1\u2019120 CHF<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>betragen<\/strong> kann, da nicht alle Zahlungen an die Obergrenze von 700 CHF angerechnet werden.<sup>5-7<\/sup> Dies wird nur in seltenen F\u00e4llen und nur dann eintreten, wenn der Patient\/die Patientin\u00a0<strong>ausschliesslich<\/strong>\u00a0Medikamente mit 40 % Selbstbehalt bekommt und\u00a0<strong>keine<\/strong>\u00a0weiteren medizinischen Leistungen bis zum Erreichen der Obergrenze bezogen werden.    <\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/div>\n\n    <\/div>\n\n    <\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"mhh-mcn-columns mhh-mcn-columns--align-narrow
